About the technology
Hydroloop refrigeration system is a cost-effective alternative to the remote refrigeration system. It connects multiple plug-in refrigerators and/or cold rooms to a glycol condensing system. The glycol system removes excess condensation heat through liquid pipes to the exterior of a building, or it can be used to heat the store and/or water. Hydroloop system ensures high energy efficiency and is also environmentally friendly, thanks to its ability to reuse the excess condensation heat formed during the refrigeration cycle.

Hydroloop Glycol Systems
Glycol System
Hydroloop Glycol system connects plug-in refrigeration equipment fitted inside with compressors and all refrigeration cycle components to a glycol-cooled system with a plate condenser. The system efficiently removes excess condensation heat through liquid pipes to the exterior of a building or allows reusing it for heating the store or water. The pump station in the system eliminates the need for a machinery room and facilitates glycol circulation in a closed-cycle liquid system. An outdoor dry cooler is utilized in the system to enhance heat recovery.
Glycol WPI System
Hydroloop Glycol WPI system connects plug-in refrigeration equipment, fitted inside with compressors and all refrigeration cycle components, to a glycol-cooled system with a plate condenser and a small-sized circulatory water pump. The integrated water pump facilitates glycol circulation in a closed-cycle liquid system and eliminates the need for the main pump station. The system efficiently removes excess condensation heat through liquid pipes to the exterior of a building or allows reusing it for heating the store or water. An outdoor dry cooler is used in the system to enhance heat recovery.
Hydroloop condensing unit
Freors Hydroloop Condensing Unit allows coldrooms to connect to the Hydroloop system. The condensing units are intended to maintain the cold rooms’ temperatures. To achieve that, they are fitted with compressors and plate heat exchangers, which allow them to connect to the same Hydroloop line as other refrigerated display units. The system is easy to install and can be mounted on the top outside of the cold room with no additional space required or placed in the technical room. That makes it a compact refrigeration solution with maximised storage space.

Hybrid System
Hydroloop Hybrid system connects plug-in refrigeration equipment fitted inside with compressors and all refrigeration cycle components to a glycol-cooled system with air and plate condensers. The system allows combining two different condensation heat removal systems with the possibility of switching over. It can efficiently emit the heat directly into the shop via an air condenser mounted in the equipment or remove it through liquid pipes, where it can be reused to heat the water or removed outside the building. The pump station in the system eliminates the need for a machinery room and facilitates glycol circulation in a closed-cycle liquid system. An outdoor dry cooler is utilized in the system to enhance heat recovery.
